How to create a custom theme for Google Form?

I need the embedded Google Form on my website, so I took the embed code and pasted it into my page.

Everything works fine, but it's an iframe, so I can't edit its appearance using CSS. Deafult Google Docs themes do not match my site, so I want this CSS page. I tried to download https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1u1NO8u4vu6Q9XuUNigo4qy22hjvRmL-HFIRVsgiaL9c/viewform as html, but this way I did not get the css file. Do I need to create it myself or another solution to my problem?
