What screen sizes are needed for Android and ios mobile devices?

Question

So, I have a mobile application, and I have a graphic designer.

Now I want the graphic designer to give me the images needed for a full-screen background.

The device is designed for android and ios - and will run on various types of mobile / tables for android and ios.

What size do I intend to get a graphic designer to give me an image? I read the android size guide and left without conviction that the android team itself knows what image sizes are required.

(I mean that there are tables everywhere, and sometimes they say that they multiply the base by two, and then, for example, 470dp x 320dp * 2! = 960dp x 720dp)

The ios screen size chart I use is this one , and unless someone says otherwise, I will continue to use this.

I assume that all images will be 72 ppi, if only because this proposal is from this question
