This is a list of our Google Apps Marketplace. The button also disappeared from each page on which the integration was included.
When I look at the console log in the browser on the pages where the button should appear, I see calls to this address: the https://apis.google.com/additnow/additnow.html?...result of this error:
Forbidden
Error 403
