What is the use of HTTP Cache Manager and HTTP Cookie Manager for Jmeter?

What is the use of HTTP Cache Manager and HTTP Cookie Manager 

and how does it work if we enable / disable options to clear them at each iteration?

Both should make the load more realistic.

  • HTTP Cookie Manager - Contains cookies that are commonly used to identify a user's session, including login information.
  • HTTP Cache Manager - is a browser cache. Real browsers download various embedded materials, such as images, styles, scripts, etc. While rendering web pages, but do it only once or based on what certain cache headers report.
