Installing Delphi XE6 creates a 3.5 GB folder in the c: \ ProgramData directory - what are the penalties for removing it?

After installing Delphi XE6 in a virtual machine from the Internet, I noticed that the disk size grew much larger than I expected, even after compression / compression. Besides looking like a temporary download directory in my user tree (with a lot of * .7zip files), I found a much more obscure directory (on my machine) {A2C8EB76-CB1E-47B5-96A7-4FD682404E92} under "C: \ Program Data ". It contained a huge 3.5 GB of various DLLs, etc. Some of them are language files, but the test to delete the entire directory does not seem to affect the normal use of Delphi. Are there any warnings for deleting this folder?
