Avalon Dock Anchorable Control does not work if AllowTransparency Set To True

I am using LayoutAnchorable from the Avalon Dock to attach my toolbar in my WPF application. Everything is working fine. But as soon as I set the AllowTransparency property of the parent window to true, it stopped working.

AnchorableControl is displayed as it should. When I unplug it, it docked to the side of the window. But these nevers appear when you hover over it.

I am trying to find a workaround in the original control of an Avalon dock. but there is a lot to take and the code is not very direct.
