I want to listen to the event pointermovein IE11, but it seems to pointermovework only for the mouse (and possibly for the pen), but not when using the finger.

In fact, the spec says it works for pens / mice, so this might not be a mistake.
But is there a way to listen to pointermove on IE for a touch? It must be, but I was very surprised to see that it was pointermoven’t shooting at all.
EDIT: I found that if I put CSS touch-action: nonein a div, the pointermove event will fire. But why? I am trying to find documents related to this, but I could not find them so far.
EDIT: I will tell that CSS touch-actionindicates what actions concern the browser. This means that the setting touch-action- noneinstructs the browser not to handle any touch events, and the developer is responsible for controlling the progress of JavaScript events. That is why I did the right thing only when I had CSS. (See MDN for more details .)
