Xcode6 Beta7 unusable?

I just downloaded the latest version of Xcode, Xcode-Beta7. However, after it is installed in the Applications folder , I find it impossible to open it. When I try to open it, it just gets stuck on the dock. What I can do is make him refuse.

My OSX version is 10.9.4.

Anyone got an idea?

Be patient. It took more than 15-20 minutes to show that "it was downloaded from the Internet, are you sure you want to open it?" and then, finally, the “application is running” icon lights up. If you go into Activity Monitor under the CPU during this time, you will see that it is.
