Create Localizable.stringsdict File from Xcode Editor

Does anyone know how to create a file .stringsdictin Xcode? When I dragged a separate .stringdict file using Finderinto the directory. /en.lproj, it was not seen in the project navigator.

Add a property list file to the project (choose File> New> File and select Property List on the sheet). In the project navigator, change the file name to Localizable.stringsdict
