Nuget does not restore all packages

Question

I open my project using nuget - I restore my packages, but, as I see, not everything. For example, Newtonsoft.Json is missing. I try to install it again using the package manager console, but get the message "already has a link to Newtonsoft.Json (version)"

How can I fix this problem with links?
