Windows Phone, can you get real time from GPS?

Is it possible to get real time, not system time (how can I change this) from a GPS location request?

It seems

Geoposition.Coordinate.Timestamp

Mark Read-only The system time at which the location was determined.

I know that I can use an NTP server, but what if I do not have a data connection.
