Windows Phone, can you get real time from GPS?

Is it possible to get real time, not system time (how can I change this) from a GPS location request?

It seems

Geoposition.Coordinate.Timestamp

- system time, see here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/windows.devices.geolocation.geocoordinate.aspx

Mark Read-only The system time at which the location was determined.

I know that I can use an NTP server, but what if I do not have a data connection.

thank

Steve

I think I just need a definitive answer about whether it is possible to get time directly from the satellite or not.
