Hiding Game Center Use

We are developing a multi-user application that is not really a game. We want to use the GameKit framework to use matchmaking and GKVoiceChat. But we want to avoid entering the Game Center (I understand that this is not possible) and especially welcome banners. Or at least change them. Is there a way to suppress or change banners? And are there any alternatives?

I am actually very new to this. But while I was studying online for the same reason, I found this question and one tutorial. This tutorial seems old, and it is for iOS5 . But hopefully GameKit still functions the same.

This is a game that uses GameKit for communication, but does not use Game Center: http://www.raywenderlich.com/12735/how-to-make-a-simple-playing-card-game-with-multiplayer-and-bluetooth -part-1

Above is a link to the first part, where he explained that he uses the Game Kit, but not the Game Center. You can find the entire tutorial by searching for the Bluetooth keyword on this page: http://www.raywenderlich.com/tutorials
