Angular -google-map center enlarge multiple markers

Question

I am using AngularJS for Google Maps and I want to dynamically center and scale the map based on several that are dynamically loaded. This is for Cordova using the Ionic Framework .

Here is my view:

So my question is how to centralize and scale the map with a few dynamically loaded markers? Also, how do I get an instance of googleMap.control (vm.googleMap.control) before loading the map?
