An internal error occurred during: "Starting a project". java.lang.NullPointerException

Question

My Android project compiled well, but suddenly it stopped launching. Then I tried to start other projects from Project Explorer, and the whole project threw the same exception:

An internal error occurred during: "Launching Project". java.lang.NullPointerException

But the console always shows that everything is fine.
