SVN + Veracrypt + Dropbox?

I am working on a private project and am starting to feel paranoid about someone stealing my code and do not want to rely on the honesty of the current hosting based on the source code, although I have no reason to trust them. In the foreseeable future, I will be the only one working on this project.

I am going to create a small Veracrypt virtual disk and SVN repository on it and save the encrypted file in Dropbox for automatic synchronization.

I still use Truecrypt occasionally (I meant to migrate Tho Veryacrypt) and store my small encrypted virtual disk in Dropbox. I do not use it in the SVN repository, but otherwise the idea is similar. The problem is that I need to disconnect the drive to synchronize the file, so I assume that the contents of the file and timestamp are only updated. As far as I understand, the development of Truecrypt has stopped, and Veracrypt is a fork that is supported and developed further.

Is there a way to configure Veracrypt for automatic cleaning to make sure the file syncs every time?

Is there a better way to do this, perhaps an SVN service that guarantees security for paranoid clients?

I am VeraCrypt's main developer, and I just answered your similar question on the VeraCrypt forum on CodePlex: https://veracrypt.codeplex.com/discussions/568126 . I play it here for recording.
