Http redirect shows 302 but should be 301

I have a website that uses SSL. When I fix by default ( http://www.example.com ), it should download http://www.example.com

And this is true, but when I use the redirect check, I notice this:

www.accufinance.com

HTTP/1.1 302 Found
Cache-Control: private,no-transform
Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8
Location: https://www.accufinance.com/
Server: Microsoft-IIS/8.0
X-AspNetMvc-Version: 5.2
X-AspNet-Version: 4.0.30319
X-Powered-By: ASP.NET
Date: Thu, 18 Sep 2014 00:20:43 GMT
Connection: close
Content-Length: 145

https://www.accufinance.com/

My site is on a shared host, so I used the web.config redirect.

In this I:

<action type="Rewrite" url="mypath/mysite/{R:1}" redirectType="Permanent"/>

Note. Since its inception, I have changed type="Rewrite"to type="Redirect", but not as a result. It seems to be still 302.

So, I expect 301 to be constantly moved, and hoping not to see "Not Found."

What could be wrong here?
