HTML section and div tag

Since we plan to write our own Front-End Framework using HTML5 and CSS3, but the discussion with my team is whether to use the tag sectionas a cover wrapper or not, because W3.org has not yet approved the section tag .

But, when I went through a few debates, I have not yet received the correct conclusion about the convenience of the tag section, I hope that I will deal with this topic correctly here!
