How to comment on a long github diff

Question

One of the files in the migration request that I am currently viewing has too many changes, and github only shows a summary of deletions and additions.

This is rather unsuccessful, since I cannot comment on the changes that have occurred in this file. Is there a way for force github to show diff for this single file in PR and enable the comment function? Thank!

You cannot make him comment from the browser, but you can go around him to create a comment and someone will see him.
