Xcode appears unexpectedly when trying to establish map routing

this happens to me when I tried to go to the project navigator, and then on the "Features" tab, scrolling to the "Maps" section (the switch is on), and then try to check the "Routing" box. I tried to open a new project, and this happens again.

I had the same problem. It disappeared after I turned off the "Map" features, and then turned it back on
