My UIScrollView (containing some UIControls) no longer scrolls in iOS 8

Question

In my application, I created a calendar that basically consists of a UIScrollView containing some cells (a custom UIControl) for each day, an upper header containing some labels (Mon, Tue, Wed ...) and, obviously, some separators (UIView is thick 1px).

Everything worked perfectly on iOS 7, I was able to select cells by clicking them (I use the UIControlEventTouchUpInside event to select them) and drag the calculated scroll to display the previous or next month.

But since I switched to iOS 8 and downloaded Xcode 6, it no longer works. In fact, I can still select cells, but scrollview does not scroll (except when I drag it from the header or separator, which are the base UIView without touching touch events).

Il I start dragging scrollview from a cell, it remains motionless.

I haven’t changed anything, so I don’t understand why it is no longer working ...
