Chrome console error in PouchDB console when opening a connection

I am using PouchDB with MVC. I open my connection using javascript as follows:

var db = new PouchDB("MillersDB");

I noticed that the following error immediately appears in the Chrome console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) 
blob:http%3A//localhost%3A51662/56b3fda3-cbad-4023-b8b1-4f3d3942d302

I am not sure what causes this, or if there is an opportunity to disable the function that it is trying to use. I am interested in storing locally and I want pouchDB to do this magic and decide which browser to use db for. I disabled all my chrome extensions if it was associated with one of them. Everything seems to work fine even with an error ... this is more annoying. I opened my page in IE and did not see it.
