How to edit a license line in a MediaWiki template

Question

I would like to know how and where to modify the MediaWiki template to add text to the end of the license text. (Creative Commons content highlighted in red.)

So far, I have tried to edit several MediaWiki, including MediaWiki: License and MediaWiki: Footer, but to no avail.
