Identify users who have the file extracted

Question

I read the following questions:

• List of extracted files by other users in Perforce
• Perforated file locked by user submitted

However, they deal with finding all the verified files for the user. This is very useful, but I need to go a different way; what i really want to do is to see which particular file checked . After reading the P4 docs , I see no way to do this.

Is there a way in P4, I can check who all checked a specific file?
