Difference between Private IP and Public IP

And this, in my opinion, is the public IP address, and after the site information, the IP address location (ISP) is about 3.3 km from my current location ...

So, what would you answer if someone asks you after your IP address ??? what could you tell him?

And the second question (or my own opinion), how can I determine my public IP without googling? What is this technique?

I think it’s easy for such sites, because of course they get your public IP address in the IP frame if you go to their site, and therefore this is not a problem.

And finally, why do I have a private address? I know that there can be about 255 devices behind the network / interface. In this case, my modem should provide up to 255 devices on the Internet, providing a private (dynamic) address to everyone. The last 3 numbers of the IP address may vary.
