Wordpress contact form (404 not found)

I created a template for wordpress and I created an html form. It works well in html, but does not work when using Wordpress. It doesn't seem to find my contact-send.php page and displays the 404 Error page.

My permalinks were by default, and that didn't work.

Does anyone know how to fix this? If any of my codes is needed, I will send it. I just did not do this because I think this is not a code error when it does not find contact-send.php.

Use an absolute URL for the purpose of your form, not just that action="contact-send.php".

Add <?php echo get_template_directory_uri(); ?>/contact-send.php. When you write contact-send.php only then you will not find your file, which is in your topic. Therefore, use <?php echo get_template_directory_uri(); ?>/contact-send.phpforms in action. This change may be helpful.
