Superclass header not available in Protege 4.3

I use protige 4.3 and the pizza tutorial from 130.88.198.11/tutorials/protegeowltutorial/resources/ProtegeOWLTutorialP4_v1_3.pdf(href does not work because the link has a numeric domain), but there are a lot of inconsistencies, for example, the superclass header is missing, as shown in the following figure : -

Further, a couple of widgets that are described in the textbook cannot be found in the protégé. Please tell me which plugins are needed for superclass headers (which prevents me from adding restrictions) and generally for all other functions. Thank.
