BIgQuery answers are very slow

Over the past 7 hours, all the answers to my inquiries about a big question take more than an hour, which usually takes a few minutes.

Can anyone know what might cause this?

There is currently a problem when queries get stuck at random (JOIN EACH and GROUP EACH). This happened a couple of times last week, and one morning. Requests must be blocked. This is priority 0 for the bigquery team.
