Iphone Simulator Xcode 6 on iOS 8 renders two black bars

Question

I tried a new application in Xcode 6 and did not use the storyboard. But when I launched the application, with Iphone 5.5s, 6 and 6 plus, in Iphone Simulator two black bars are visualized at the top and bottom. Only the Iphone 4s has no black bars. Do you have an idea to solve my problem? Thanks

If you designed the application so that its views had the "old" screen size and did not allow them to respond to different screen sizes, then the phone will add black bars (known as the "mailbox", I think).
