Failed to connect SEGGER J-Link [0100] USB device to WINDOWS 7 virtual machine

I am running Windows 7 on Mac OS X using VirtualBox, I used BLE inside W7 without any problems. Then I used BLE USB on Mac, and when I try to use it again in W & I got this message:

Failed to attach the USB device SEGGER J-Link [0100] to the virtual machine WINDOWS 7.
USB Device 'SEGGER J-Link’ with UUID {} is in use by someone else

I unplugged USB, restarted Mac, started W7, but I can’t connect it again to W7

The J-Link debugger version 9.3 works fine with VirtualBox (VB) with USB1.1 (without an expansion pack). As soon as I started using the new J-Link debugger version 10.1, the jlink device was not recognized in VB because the jlink device driver could not install. This problem was solved with the help of the expansion pack for virtual boxing. But the expansion pack requires a license for long-term use, so keep in mind.
