Service Temporarily Missing Error in IIS 8.5 and ColdFusion 10

In the middle of the day, the IIS server was working fine, when I restarted it, it shows me this error

The service is temporarily unavailable!

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to downtime or bandwidth problems. Please try again later.

Jakarta / ISAPI / isapi_redirector / 1.2.32 ()

Does anyone know how to fix this?

It just worked fine, did not change anything on the connector and IIS.

Thanks for the answers I received. I needed to restart Coldfusion, IIS and the hosting PC itself to fix this. He will no longer make a mistake!
