Google Cloud SQL and Time Zones

Question

I am developing an application designed to run only in Israel . All our tables contain time in Israeli time ( Tel Aviv ).

because SQL in GCP does not support the default time zone and time zone change. I am stuck.

How can I convert times between time zones?

let me remind you that Israel has a time reduction .
