Disable Internet Explorer 11 First Launch Wizard

Question

I have a couple of Selenium UI tests running on a scheduled task for Windows Server 2012. But I have a crash again and again in a scheduled task (not on a development server) and in Internet Explorer; I believe this is due to the pop-up window of the first start-up wizard asking you to use the “Recommended Security, Privacy, and Compatibility settings or not.”) I asked the system administrator who has the scheduled task to get rid of this pop-up in my Internet Explorer but unsuccessfully.I also asked him to disable it using this MSDN blog

But it seems outdated. Any ideas, or how can I turn off this popup in Group Policy, or on a Windows server, or using the selenium UI in code?

You have 2 ways:

Group Policy Editor or by editing the Windows registry:
