How to write image from byte [] in MS WORD using C # Windows application

I tried to write data from FileStream, StreamWriterto a word file.

It works great when the data is in text formats (using StreamWriter). But when I tried the same thing with Binarywriter(to write the image to the word doc), he wrote the word document incorrectly.

The code below lstOrderedSpares[index].SparePicturepresents an array of bytes containing image data.

I need a solution without OPENXML.
