I am from Russia, and 1.5 days ago (at 2 a.m., October 26) the time zone changed (ok, offset of our time zone) - from UTC + 4 it became UTC + 3. Please do not ask why now it is * ****** Government :( But it has changed.
My home computer Win 8.1 is automatically updated.
But only one (!) Of my Azure resources is updated. Updating one cloud service, while another cloud service and 4 websites are not updated - they are still in UTC + 4 format.
I know that all Azure servers are in UTC in the settings, but I'm talking about the TimeZoneInfo data on them.
I request
var tz = TimeZoneInfo.FindSystemTimeZoneById("Russian Standard Time")
and this time zone is still
(UTC + 04: 00) Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd
while my home computer is in
(UTC + 03: 00) , -, (RTZ 2)
AFAIK, - . ?
