I would like to open my own Google Maps application via URL through my own application.

This URL opens in a browser.
However, when you open through your own Google Maps application, the first place is filled correctly, and all the others are cut to the second place and, accordingly, lead to an error.
Question: Is there a way to crawl multiple addresses through a URL in a Google Maps application?
