How to convert the VMDK VMWARE file to ISO format on a Windows host machine

I have a question:

I have a Windows host where I installed VMWare. Now I created a virtual machine, and I have a VMDK file with a Ubuntu guest. I would like to convert this file to ISO format. How can I do this on Windows using a free program?

PowerISO lets you open the disc and create an ISO.
