I'm a little newbie when it comes to MediaCodec (and encoding / decoding the video in general), so correct me if something that I say here is wrong.
I want to play the raw h264 output of MediaCodec with VLC / ffplay. I need this for the game, because my ultimate goal is to transfer the streaming video to the computer, and MediaMuxer only creates the file on the disk, and not something that I can transfer with a very low latency to the desktop. (I am open to other solutions, but I have not found anything that meets the latency requirement)
