Best dashboard app monitoring system

I play with Graphite as an application monitoring system, but I wonder if there is anything better for what I want.

Here are a few requirements that I have in mind:

  • Personal dashboards (easy to create / modify)
  • elements on the toolbar should be mainly diagrams, as well as colored "numeric fields" (a la http://shopify.imtqy.com/dashing/ )
  • when the metric goes below / beyond a certain value, displays some warnings on the screen (different frames / background) and potentially sends an email
  • setting a rule for warning (see above) should be simple and have many ways to specify a threshold (absolute value, +/- min / max / avg for the last 30 days, percentile, etc. ...)
  • By clicking on one of the charts / boxes, you will go to a larger / more detailed chart or "sub-panel"

I would prefer open-source, but I am open to commercial products, especially for cloud solutions.

Any suggestions?

Thank you very much in advance.
