If you are creating a new application that uses a distributed hash table (DHT), you need to reboot the p2p network. I came up with the idea that you can join an existing DHT (e.g. Bittorrent DHT).
Is it possible? Of course, we adopt the same technology. Combining a chord with Kademlia is obviously not possible.
If so, will it be considered parasitic or symbiotic? The parasitic meaning means that it somehow conflicts with the original use. Symbiosis, if it is good for both applications, since they support each other.
