How to set up a Drush backup directory

I just wanted to ask a question about how to set the Drush backup directory in drushrc.php. The result is that you can save your archive file Drush, ard, arb, etc. If you want, and not in the default ~ / drush-backups / * directory. Yes, you can do this with the -destination flag, but to be honest, it is very annoying if you just want to keep in one place all the time.

It took me hours to understand what I'm embarrassing, so I just wanted to share this with anyone looking for this in the future, because I could not find a single answer to this question at any time. You just need to set the "backup-dir" parameter in the drushrc.php file as follows:

$options['backup-dir'] = '/your/new/backup-dir';

Pay attention to the trailing slash.
