How do I change the shortcut for switching between workspaces in Fedora 20?

I use a text editor that uses a shortcut
ctrl+alt+arrowup/arrowdown
which is the standard key for switching workspaces in fedora 20. Therefore, I need to change the shortcut key so that it works in a text editor. I changed the shortcut from Settings> Keyboard> Shortcuts, but still ctrl + alt + up / down arrow toggles the workspace. So how to remove a shortcut so that it works in my text editor? enter image description here
