Unable to deploy cloud parsing code

I hope you can help me deal with this. I downloaded the latest version of ParseConsole.exe for Windows and tried to deploy my cloud code that was created using the new syntax. This error message was sent by the console:

I hope you can help. I tried adding other versions to my global.json file, but that does not help.

It started with me and after updating to version 1.3.3 (from 1.3.0)

I am using a Windows machine, so I can not update python, I think it is built into exe or something like that.

This is very annoying since he used to work with the version I had!
