How to change URL of masking address bar?

Question

We have a site dedicated to people suffering from domestic violence. Our priority is to ensure that people using the site are safe and avoid being raped by them.

Everything is almost taken apart, but there is one thing that still does not prevent the victim from being caught in the case when the "rapist" looks at the address bar.

What strategy do you propose to hide the address bar or mask it using Javascript?
