What is the difference between back stack and history stack?

I checked how to get started with an empty background stack and found an attribute android:noHistory. It does what I want, but I'm still curious that the term "history stack" is used in docs android:noHistory . I have not noticed much use of this term in all API manuals (for example, Tasks and Back Stack ), so are there any differences between the back stacks and the history stacks or are they just the same thing?

Update

So far, three words have been used in links:

Story stack

Back stack

Activity level

This question may begin, because it seems that they can all be interchangeable, but I’m still interested to know the differences, if any.

Well, I feel that they are all the same

From this http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/manifest/activity-element.html#nohist

android:noHistory
A value of "true" means that the activity will not leave a
historical trace. It will not remain in the activity stack
for the task, so the user will not be able to return to it.

So,

Historical trace = activity stack (recent activity) = history stack

and we all know that BackStack is the one that contains the latest actions.

So, all this is almost the same.
