Access another user calendar using the ORLS REST API from a domain administrator account

We are now in the process of adapting our internal enterprise applications to Office 365. Both systems are MVC projects. We are trying to use the O365 REST API directly. Need help on the following issues:

  1. How do I make an appointment with another person in our O365 account using my domain administrator credentials? We may also consider adding the visibility of a person’s calendar to the list of calendars of the administrator account in the “My calendars” or “Other calendars” sections.

  2. How to make an appointment on another person’s calendar using your Super Admin account.

In fact, we want to be able to perform operations using one account in other users' calendars and directly using the REST API.

I would really appreciate help in this matter.
