Azure Virtual Machines stuck in startup mode

This morning, I found that 5 of my Azure Virtual machines were stuck in startup mode. All other virtual machines work fine.

I managed to stop the virtual machines using the Azure shell and then start them again, but they still get stuck in startup mode without end.

Now it lasts more than 5 1/2 hours and is still stuck in startup mode.

I contacted Microsoft support, but they respond to the clock: (((

The Azure Status Page does not show that something is wrong in my region.

Anyone else having this problem?

What works for me is to relocate the virtual machine to the Azure Portal whenever it gets stuck in "Starting ...". To redistribute an hour and a half, this solves the problem. More details here .
