Why does the SignalR wireless connection have a local load of 4-6 Mbps?

An application that supports My SignalR generates high network traffic, but only when launched in Chrome and with an application hosted locally by IIS Express. SignalR connection does not work. Nothing is transmitted through the connection.

If I run the application in FF / IE, more or less network activity is not visible. As soon as I run it in Chrome, I have a constant network load of 5-6 Mbit / s. As soon as I close the tab that launches the application, the traffic has disappeared.

Connecting to the same application running remotely on a web server does not show any special traffic. It is displayed only locally.

In addition, there is no process on the list that explains or indicates a high load. This is similar to using virtual / stealth bandwidth.

Noted this with SignalR 2.0.3. Just updated to 2.1.2. Nothing changed.

Has anyone seen this already? Any idea how to track it or fix it?

EDIT

BrowserLink seems to be creating this problem. Disconnected it from Visual Studio, and network traffic disappeared. Forgot to mention that I am running the application from VS in the original post.
