Duplicate time zone with a different name

According to the time zone information returned TimeZoneInfo.GetSystemTimeZones()

foreach (var tmp in TimeZoneInfo.GetSystemTimeZones())
{
    Console.WriteLine("{0}: {1}", tmp.Id, tmp.BaseUtcOffset);
}

There are two time zones that look very similar:

E. Australia Standard Time: 10:00:00
AUS Eastern Standard Time: 10:00:00

AUS Eastern Standard Time- this is AEST ... but what is it E. Australia Standard Time? This time zone is not on wikipedia .

What is the difference from these time zones? Is a E. Australia Standard Timenon-standard and unfamiliar name?

Change your test to

Console.WriteLine("{0}: {1} {2}", tmp.Id, tmp.BaseUtcOffset,
                                  tmp.SupportsDaylightSavingTime);

E. Australia Standard Time does not support DST and is marked as Brisbane, which is located in the east, but does not use DST.
