Apache - CentOS - "Scan this directory for additional .ini files"

Is there a way to set the location for apache to read custom php.inis? He is currently saying Scan this dir for additional .ini files“how (none)”

The environment is CentoOS 6, Apache 2, and PHP working through DSO
