Cannot handle multi-valued nominal class - JAVA

I am trying to pass the .arff file to LinearRegression , and in doing so it gives me this exception. Cannot handle a multi-valued nominal class! .

What actually happens, I perform an attribute selection using CFSSubsetEval evaluation and search as GreedyStepwise after that, passing these LinearRegression attributes as follows

LinearRegression rl=new LinearRegression(); rl.buildClassifier(data);    

data is an instance object that has data from a .arff file that was previously converted to nominal values ​​using only weka. Am I doing something wrong here? I tried to find this error in google, but could not find it.
